The Love Explosion in northern Germany is a Goa and techno festival with soul – and this year it had something extra special: tapeer was there.
Tapping instead of waiting
Our self-service dispensing systems stood in the middle of the hustle and bustle – between bass, glitter and rubber boots. They ran non-stop, despite rain, mud and thunder. And they provided relief where it counted: at the bar.
Because at festivals, every minute counts. Long queues spoil the mood for guests and organisers alike. Our stations ensured that beer flowed faster – without crowding or hustle and bustle. The bar staff were able to concentrate on long drinks, cocktails and special requests. The rest? Tap it yourself: card in, tap on, cheers.
More drinks served, less crowding
Serving drinks faster means selling more – and lifting the mood. The festival management confirmed to us that without tapeer, beverage sales would have been lower.
The guests also celebrated the system. Many found the self-service a welcome change from the traditional bar. People met at the taps, toasted each other – and struck up conversations. 😉

Despite continuous rain, Love Explosion was a complete success – thanks in part to a solution that works even during peak times.
